Invisalign
Braces Vs Invisalign

The series of personalized aligners used are so discreet that they blend in seamlessly with your teeth when worn.
Sedation Dentistry
Releaving Anxiety
How Sedation Dentistry Works
With sedation dentistry, there’s finally a way around the anxiety of a dental visit. Through safe methods like oral or IV sedation or even a dose of nitrous oxide, you can stay awake but feel incredibly calm, almost as if you’re in a dream.
You’ll be able to chat with your dentist, but the usual unease and pain will feel like a distant memory, changing the entire experience into something far easier to manage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Services offered, frequency of dental visits, insurance, and payment options
- What services do you offer?
- We provide a comprehensive suite of dental services to meet all your oral health needs, including preventive care such as cleanings and exams, restorative treatments like fillings, crowns, and bridges, cosmetic dentistry options including teeth whitening and veneers, orthodontic solutions featuring braces and Invisalign, as well as surgical procedures like extractions and implants.
- How often should I visit the dentist?
- Regular dental visits are the best way to keep your smile bright and healthy We recommend visiting the dentist every 6 months for a routine checkup and cleaning. For those with unique dental needs, more frequent visits are recommended.
- Do you accept my insurance?
- You would have to consult with your insurance provider to see if they will re-imburse you for your costs. If you are not sure, ask reception. We are familiar with most dental insurance plans. We do not offer the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) at this time.
- What payment options do you offer?
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. We also offer flexible payment plans and can connect you with financing options like Pacific Blue Cross for more extensive treatments.
Dental cleaning costs, dental implants, veneers and crowns, and teeth whitening
- How much does a cleaning cost without insurance?
- The cost of routine cleaning can vary widely based on whether it includes extra treatments such as fluoride or X-rays. We invite you to visit us for an initial examination, during which we will provide you with a detailed quote before any services are performed.
- What is the process for getting dental implants?
- The procedure typically consists of several stages including an initial consultation, potential bone grafting, the insertion of the implant, and finally, once the implant has healed, the attachment of the crown. This entire process may extend across a few months from beginning to end.
- What is the difference between veneers and crowns?
- Veneers are delicate porcelain shells that are applied to the front surfaces of teeth, mainly for enhancing their appearance. In contrast, crowns are designed to envelop an entire tooth and serve a restorative function when it has suffered damage or decay.
- Is teeth whitening safe?
- Professional teeth whitening is a safe procedure when performed by a qualified dentist. At Lelem Village, we utilize premium whitening agents while ensuring that your gums and soft tissues are adequately protected throughout the treatment.

- Do you offer emergency dental services?
- Yes, we offer same-day appointments for dental emergencies such as toothaches, broken teeth, and knocked-out teeth on any day we are open with a dentist on site and it is not to close to closing time.
- What should I do if I knock out a tooth?
- To keep the tooth hydrated, try to reinsert it into its socket or store it in milk, and please come see us right away, as the chances of successful re-implantation are highest within the first hour.
- Can I get Invisalign if I have complex orthodontic issues?
- Invisalign can treat many orthodontic issues, but severe cases might require traditional braces. We will assess your situation and recommend the best option for you during a consultation. We do not offer metal braces.

- Brushing with fluoride toothpaste, daily flossing, and regular dental cleanings are vital for good oral health, while reducing sugary snacks and drinks is crucial for preventing cavities.
- At what age should children start visiting the dentist?
- It is recommended that children have their initial dental appointment by their first birthday or no later than six months after the emergence of their first tooth.
- Can adults get fluoride treatments?
- Fluoride treatments offer great advantages for adults, particularly for those who are at higher risk of developing cavities, experiencing dry mouth, or suffering from gum disease.

- How long does teeth whitening last?
- Professional teeth whitening lasts between 6 months to 2 years, depending on your oral care and dietary choices. To prolong the effects, limit foods and drinks that cause stains.
