Invisalign
Braces Vs Invisalign
Invisalign® treatment uses cutting-edge 3-D computer imaging technology to create a treatment plan that guides you from the initial positioning of your teeth to your ideal final alignment, resulting in a series of personalized aligners.
Each aligner is crafted to gently shift your teeth over time and is typically worn for about two weeks before being swapped out for the next in the series, ultimately achieving that perfect smile you’ve always wanted. Made from clear, durable medical-grade plastic, these aligners are so discreet that they blend in seamlessly when worn, resembling traditional clear tooth-whitening trays but specifically designed for optimal teeth movement, with some dental professionals affectionately comparing them to contact lenses for your teeth.
While similar to conventional brackets and archwires, Invisalign® aligners apply carefully controlled forces to guide your teeth, and what sets them apart is their ability to manage both the intensity and timing of these forces. During each stage of the process, only specific teeth are allowed to move, with these movements meticulously calculated according to your customized orthodontic strategy, making it an effective system for delivering force precisely where you need it to attain your dream smile.
Sedation Dentistry
Releaving Anxiety
How Sedation Dentistry Works
If the thought of a dental visit makes your heart race, sedation dentistry might be exactly what you need to get that crucial care without the usual stress or pain. Maybe you’ve put off appointments for years—just avoiding the chair altogether—yet still dream of a bright, healthy smile.
With sedation dentistry, there’s finally a way around the tension. Through safe methods like oral or IV sedation or even a dose of nitrous oxide, you can stay awake but feel incredibly calm, almost as if you’re in a dream. You’ll be able to chat with your dentist, but the usual unease and pain will feel like a distant memory, changing the entire experience into something far easier to manage.

- Regular dental visits are the best way to keep your smile bright and healthy We recommend visiting the dentist every 6 months for a routine checkup and cleaning. For those with unique dental needs, more frequent visits are recommended.
- Do you accept my insurance?
- You would have to consult with your insurance provider to see if they will re-imburse you for your costs. If you are not sure, ask reception. We are familiar with most dental insurance plans. We do not offer the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) at this time.

Dental cleaning costs, dental implants, veneers and crowns, and teeth whitening
- How much does a cleaning cost without insurance?
- The cost of routine cleaning can vary widely based on whether it includes extra treatments such as fluoride or X-rays. We invite you to visit us for an initial examination, during which we will provide you with a detailed quote before any services are performed.
- What is the process for getting dental implants?
- The procedure typically consists of several stages including an initial consultation, potential bone grafting, the insertion of the implant, and finally, once the implant has healed, the attachment of the crown. This entire process may extend across a few months from beginning to end.
- What is the difference between veneers and crowns?
- Veneers are delicate porcelain shells that are applied to the front surfaces of teeth, mainly for enhancing their appearance. In contrast, crowns are designed to envelop an entire tooth and serve a restorative function when it has suffered damage or decay.

- It is recommended that children have their initial dental appointment by their first birthday or no later than six months after the emergence of their first tooth.

- How long does teeth whitening last?
- Professional teeth whitening lasts between 6 months to 2 years, depending on your oral care and dietary choices. To prolong the effects, limit foods and drinks that cause stains.
